Three Sixty executive chef Rex Hale is gathering some of his favorite local purveyors for a special Farm to Fork Tasting Event on Thu., May 17, from 6 to 8pm.

In the spirit of a farmers’ market but with a chic Three Sixty twist, food and wine lovers will have the opportunity to sample seasonal cheeses, meats, mushrooms, produce and Missouri wines.

Participating purveyors, all of whom have products featured on the locally focused Three Sixty menu, include:

  • Salume Beddu
  • Marcoot Farms dairy
  • EarthDance Farms
  • Rain Crow Ranch
  • Baetje Farms
  • Ozark Forest Mushrooms
  • Augusta Vineyards
  • Montelle Vineyards
  • Bethlehem Valley Vineyards

Representatives from the local farms and vineyards will be on hand to discuss their products.

Admission is $25 per person, and tickets may be purchased in advance at The event is limited to 50 people.
