In celebration of the bounties of Missouri’s countryside, attendees of Magnificent Missouri's Conservation Celebration BBQ on Sun., Sept. 30, gathered at Bowood Farms in the Central West End for live-fire cooking by some of St. Louis’ best chefs featuring heritage-breed pork and locally harvested produce.
Participating chefs and restaurants included:

Award-winning wines and local craft beers were also on hand.
