We've received some exciting news: The 1931 edition of The Joy of Cooking will be offered at the Greater St. Louis Book Fair in the rare book section and available for viewing beginning on opening night, Thu., April 26. The book fair will take place at Macy's, West County Center and run through Sun., April 29.

Author Irma S. Rombauer first privately published the book in 1931 and had it printed by the A.C. Clayton Printing Company in St. Louis.
