EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery in Chesterfield has partnered with noted Oregon winemaker Chris Mazepink's private label wine, Ebony Wines, to co-brand three new wines:

  • 2011 Ebony-EdgeWild Pinot Noir
  • 2011 Ebony-EdgeWild White Pinot Noir
  • 2011 Ebony-EdgeWild Chardonnay

The Ebony-EdgeWild wines have QR codes on their labels, directing consumers to microsites with specific tasting notes, food pairings and pairings with EdgeWild menu items.

The new Ebony-EdgeWild wines will be released at a launch party for EdgeWild Wine Club members on Wed., Sept. 12. Starting at 6pm, Wine Club members are welcome to a complimentary tasting hour followed by a four-course dinner at 7pm, prepared by executive chef Aaron Baggett and paired with Ebony-EdgeWild wines. The tasting hour is complimentary for Wine Club members.

The four-course dinner is $75 for Wine Club members and $85 for non-Wine Club members. Reservations are recommended. Ebony-EdgeWild wines will be available from EdgeWild’s wine list beginning Thu., Sept.13.

Anyone age 21 and older can join EdgeWild’s Wine Club.
