We received a letter in the mail this week from Loop visionary Joe Edwards with some exciting contents: the first-ever full-color menu for Blueberry Hill and first major redesign of the menu in 23 years.

Set to debut on Mon., April 2, the St. Louis landmark’s new menu will introduce the:

  • Wagyu burger, an 8-oz Australian Wagyu beef patty topped with Canadian bacon, American cheese and a fried egg with tater tots, $9.95
  • Wagyu sliders, three 2-oz Austrailan Wagyu beef sliders with American cheese, served with chips, $8.25
  • Chicken sliders, three breaded chicken sliders with mayo, served with chips, $8.25
  • Turkey burger, a 5-oz ground turkey patty seasoned with black pepper and garlic, $7.25

Summer favorites like gazpacho, Greek pasta salad and the Speedwalker, a cup of gazpacho with a turkey sandwich on whole wheat, sourdough or rye with a fresh-fruit garnish for $7.95, also will return.

With the new additions, Edwards’ letter states that Blueberry Hill also will be “continuing the huge selection of menu choices, including homemade soups and salad dressings, plus bread and buns bakery-baked daily.” And, he adds that "the beer selection will continue to include an ever-evolving guest draught and bottled beers."
