We’re now one week away from St. Louis chef Josh Galliano’s fried chicken pop-up restaurant, and he’s released some more details on the much-anticipated event.
Scheduled for Mon., Aug. 13, the All Star Chicken and Fish dinner will go from 5 to 10pm, or until the food runs out, at Half & Half in Clayton. Snacks, fried chicken and fish and pies will be available, and Half & Half's T.S. Ferguson will be serving traditional and modern cocktails inspired by the fare.
