Pizza: Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria

Katie Collier is having one hell of a year – she’s launching a mail-order pizza kit, Vero Pasto Home Kits; debuted the second season of her cooking and recipe video series; and is also opening a new location of Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria in Town and Country, Missouri. Her original Rock Hill restaurant is almost always packed with diners eager for a taste of her famous fried artichokes; wood-fired pizzas topped with ingredients like pear, potato, Neapolitan meatballs and zucchini carpaccio; or fresh, handmade pastas.
