Food Truck - Sweet: Vincent Van Doughnut

A certain 1960 Grumman Olson step van (affectionately known as Clyde) first rolled into St. Louis in 2013, and it’s worth chasing down. Vincent Van Doughnut regularly sells out of its square-cut, yeast-raised donuts in flavors like lemon-lavender, blueberry-cheesecake and maple-bacon. Owner Vincent Brian Marsden makes all of the pillowy donuts by hand from scratch, from the dough to the fillings, glazes and toppings, and his round cake donuts are no less indulgent, available in flavors like blackberry-basil, Grand Marnier-orange and turtle.
