Fast-Casual Concept: Crushed Red

In 2012, Crushed Red opened its first restaurant in Clayton, Missouri, and it now boasts locations in Kirkwood and Creve Coeur, plus two franchises in Denver and more planned for Kansas City; Columbia, Missouri; and O’Fallon, Missouri. The concept centers on fresh-baked pizzas and made-to-order chopped salads, both of which are customizable, but the restaurant’s own combinations are not to be overlooked.
